Alliance Ambulance is a family owned Texas Corporation founded in April, 1995. The main office is located in Houston Texas with satellite stations around the Houston Metropolitan area.

We are made up of over 100 dedicated EMS, administrative and maintenance professionals who service the Houston Metropolitan and surrounding areas.

Alliance Ambulance serves the medical community with transportation services tailored to meet the specific needs of their patients. Our services include Mobile Intensive Care, Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support and wheelchair accessible vans.
